Rain + Softball = Not always a good mix...

I love rain and I love softball. Oh later I'll get to all the info about who I am and all of that but that's not too important since most people reading this know who I am. But back to my little subject. I'm doing double duty this fall with softball. I play Friday nights and Sunday mornings and it's usually 2 games for both leagues. Now if you know much about fall softball then you know unless there's lightning then you play pretty much no matter what. Well some leagues will call off if the field is too bad but we played. It drizzled non-stop for both games. We were like the only team to play 2 games. Everyone else played one game and then was done. I was soaked on my left side (rain was falling that way) and it was just getting cold. Now if it's warm then hey I don't mind the rain for softball but cold rain...yuck!! So now I'm like please don't get sick. Please!! I'm just finally getting over a cold as it is.

Plus it's supposed to be a bit cold tomorrow and I've got games tomorrow. The bad thing is I can't skip tomorrow's games since my Sunday team is kind of running low on girls. Yeah we pretty much have the bare minimum. And I've got a small bruise on my catching hand which is always a good thing. LOL

Oh well this will be my little short entry to start it off. I can't wait for Halloween which I should be at a store right now trying to find the last parts of my costume. I have a party to go to next Saturday and the Saturday after that and the one after that as well as Halloween night itself and the Saturday after Halloween. Yep, 4 Halloween parties to go to this year. Hey at least I'll get my money's worth from my costume. Anyway that'll be a wrap on this for now.
